You'll join our Talent Development team to build the learning ecosystem from the ground up, creating **self-paced digital learning** and **blended programs** for employee growth. You'll partner with subject matter experts to design and develop polished learning experiences using modern tools and **AI technologies**. This role offers the opportunity to shape how learning evolves across the organization.

Requirements

• **5+ years** of instructional design experience in SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Experience building **L&D programs** from an early stage.
• Hands-on experience with **Sana LMS** or comparable tool.
• Experience designing end-to-end learning experiences from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging e-learning modules, job aids, and video content.
• Lead end-to-end design process from curriculum planning to development.
• Apply instructional design principles to translate complex topics into clear learning journeys.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development and personalize learning pathways.
