You'll drive execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities at Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange. Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams while accelerating organization-wide AI adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive fast execution of strategic tech initiatives aligned with CTO priorities
• Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives
• Own project execution end-to-end, unblock teams and manage dependencies

📋 Requirements

• 6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles
• Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development
• Agile execution and delivery leadership experience
• Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments
