💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute mechanical designs for linear actuation, windows, or closures at an all-electric RV startup. You'll take designs from concept through prototyping and production, selecting manufacturing technologies aligned with program volumes and performance targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute mechanical designs for linear actuation, windows/glazings, or closures
• Release design data and documentation for RFQ, prototype, and production phases
• Support supplier selection and act as primary contact for exterior component suppliers
• Plan and execute component and subsystem level testing for design validation

📋 Requirements

• BS in mechanical/aerospace engineering or similar
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience designing and engineering similar products from concept to production
• Solid working knowledge of a 3D CAD system, ideally Catia V5 or 3DX Catia

• MS degree preferred
• Experience with sustainable design and engineering practices
• Curious, fundamentals-oriented, collaborative mindset
