• Own and enforce adherence to sales processes and governance.
• Enable Strategic Account Manager effectiveness through structured support.
• Drive sales proposal development and submission.
• Manage pipeline and CRM data accuracy and hygiene.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations or business operations.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals.
