🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead compliance with NERC, FERC, and ERCOT standards
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings to NERC, FERC, ERCOT, PUCT, EIA
• Manage audits, self-certifications, and spot checks
• Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate compliance strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years direct experience with NERC and ERCOT standards
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience managing regulatory filings and audits
• Knowledge of federal, state, and ISO/RTO electric regulatory frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with NERC 693 requirements
• Participation in regulatory forums
