You'll own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring value realization through the Workato platform and driving adoption. You'll guide customers on their Enterprise Orchestration AI journey and drive revenue growth. This role offers the chance to contribute to a growing practice in a fast-paced environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop strategic business relationships to drive adoption and revenue expansion.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints and executive business reviews with customers.
  • Create Joint Success Plans and monitor customer outcome achievement.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and orchestrate resolution.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, or account management.
  • Experience managing accounts with ARR from $100k to multi-million dollars.
  • Ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders up to C-level.
  • Experience in Integration and/or business automation domains.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • MBA degree.
  • Prior experience as Sr CSM, Account Manager or Sales Executive in a large PaaS.
  • Awareness of HR, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales processes.
