This role bridges academia and industry at a company tripling ARR at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop growth strategies to expand the AI research community
• Create multi-channel marketing campaigns (content, social, email, paid)
• Manage lifecycle marketing flows to nurture community members
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing and performance analytics

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of growth/performance marketing experience
• 7-figure budget management across 2+ paid channels
• Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Strong understanding of SEO and paid acquisition (LinkedIn, Meta, Google)
