Description

You will own customer health, drive product adoption, lead retention efforts, manage renewals, and partner with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities. You'll serve as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking customers, conducting outreach and training entirely in Spanish, and help improve Spanish-language resources and product feedback.

Requirements

• Professional/business fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience in customer-facing role, SaaS preferred
