Leverage AI and advanced analytics to transform HR delivery, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design and talent strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years progressive HR experience including leadership of HRBPs or People Programs in high-growth tech environments
- Proven experience coaching and influencing senior executives
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in HR data and metrics
- Deep expertise in performance management, employee engagement, L&D, compensation, and employee relations
- Experience scaling organizations and building high-performing teams
