Requirements

  • 15+ years progressive HR experience including leadership of HRBPs or People Programs in high-growth tech environments
  • Proven experience coaching and influencing senior executives
  • Strong analytical mindset with fluency in HR data and metrics
  • Deep expertise in performance management, employee engagement, L&D, compensation, and employee relations
  • Experience scaling organizations and building high-performing teams
