You'll join Paddle as the foundational growth analyst bridging data and marketing. You'll establish funnel integrity by building core data models in Snowflake via dbt and track the full user journey from ad click to revenue. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain growth data models in Snowflake via dbt
• Track end-to-end user journey from ad click to first dollar of revenue
• Own data behind growth experiments and measure outcomes
• Identify high-value user segments and improve onboarding paths

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Snowflake
• Analytically rigorous with Python for experiment design and evaluation
• Deep familiarity with marketing funnels and attribution modeling
• Commercially minded with ability to connect data to business outcomes
