💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Services to service and repair commercial generators and HVAC equipment on telecom sites. You'll conduct preventative maintenance, respond to emergency callouts, and ensure reliable operation of critical power systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Service, maintain, and repair generators and HVAC systems at telecom sites.
• Maintain commercial package cooling systems for telecom equipment shelters.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks.
• Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance.
• Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted) preferred.
• Preferred experience with ATS, electrical troubleshooting, and critical power systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods; and meet DOT requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• EPA Universal or Type II Certification.
• EGSA certification.
• Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards.
