Description
You will prospect and secure new business opportunities in commercial roofing, build relationships with property owners and general contractors, and consistently exceed quota. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within roofing, construction, or a related trade
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach
- Self-motivated “hunter” who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable traveling regionally for client meetings and industry events
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Hunt for and build a pipeline of commercial roofing and exterior projects
- Maintain communication in CRM; forecast sales and manage your funnel to ensure quota attainment
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution
- Stay organized—prioritize tasks, manage your calendar, and use sales tools to optimize productivity
- Continuously monitor market and competitor activity; identify emerging opportunities and articulate 3MG’s value proposition
