Description

You will work closely with customers and partners as their primary point of contact, providing technical expertise and driving successful adoption of Netskope's cloud security solutions. You'll have the opportunity to shape product direction by relaying customer feedback to Product Management, while exceeding sales targets and supporting customer success. This role requires heavy travel within the US and offers a chance to impact the growth of a leading cloud security company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Solutions/System Engineer experience
• Proven track record presenting technical info to executive and architect levels
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Experience with Linux, MacOS, and Windows system installation and administration
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and mobile device technologies

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets
• Articulate Netskope architecture benefits to senior security management up to CISO/CIO
• Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept exercises
• Take active role in regional customer success and issue resolution
• Present, demonstrate, and manage evaluation processes to successful conclusion
