Description

As a Contract Sourcer on our Talent Discovery team, you will be the pipeline generation engine supporting MongoDB's most critical positions, identifying, engaging and screening top talent for technical roles. This is a contracted opportunity for a period of six months, and you will work closely with recruiters to deliver qualified talent and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven track-record within technical recruiting with deep expertise in passive candidate sourcing
• Creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to tap into new pools of talent
• Analytical mindset with ability to conduct autonomous research and utilize data to inform strategy
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in high-volume environments
• Proficiency working in Greenhouse and Gem is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support critical technical roles across Europe and North America through strategic passive talent sourcing
• Work closely with recruiters to understand business needs and deliver qualified talent
• Become an expert in the external market and a consultative talent advisor
• Screen candidates for nuanced roles ensuring strong alignment to role requirements
• Partner with coordinators, hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
