You'll protect company revenue by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Agency Debit Memos and Credit Memos, investigating ticketing discrepancies and disputing invalid airline charges. Your core impact is ensuring financial records align with global settlement systems while winning back money from airlines. This role stands out for its focus on root cause analysis and proactive trend identification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze airline debit and credit memos using ARC Memo Manager and IATA BSPLink.
• Research PNR history in GDS/NDC to verify fare rules and dispute incorrect charges.
• Reconcile open memos against BSP/ARC Hot files to ensure AR accuracy.
• Maintain dashboards on recovery rates, net loss, and cost-to-resolve metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years in travel operations with hands-on ARC/BSP experience.
• High proficiency in Sabre or Amadeus and understanding of NDC channels.
• Ability to read PNR history and understand ticket lifecycle from booking to settlement.
• Deep understanding of airline rules including exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira and Salesforce for dispute tracking.
• Knowledge of IATA Resolution 850m and local ARC/BSP regulations.
• Background in identifying trends and suggesting process improvements.
