You'll lead legal operations for a high-growth AI infrastructure company, managing systems, processes, and tools. Your work will directly enable efficiency and scalability across the legal function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement a legal intake system for triage and tracking.
• Own the CLM platform (Ironclad) end-to-end, configuring workflows and templates.
• Serve as legal's primary liaison to Salesforce for product and partner updates.
• Lead tool evaluation and RFP processes for new legal technology.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations or legal technology.
• Hands-on experience with CLM platforms (Ironclad preferred), Salesforce, and DocuSign.
• Ability to toggle between strategic planning and detailed execution.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI as a tool for legal operations.

✨ Nice to Have

• JD is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
