🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in clients' homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document client health status
• Coordinate care with family and clinical team

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Availability for PRN and/or weekend shifts

• Home care or hospice experience

• BLS certification
