Description

You will own the Card Acquisition roadmap for new growth channels, launching and scaling new acquisition surfaces and programs like referrals and partner pilots. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Marketing to drive measurable acquisition and activation outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Product Management, preferably owning growth/distribution channels
• Track record shipping consumer financial or regulated products
• Deep fluency in experiment design, incrementality/attribution, and CAC→LTV optimization
• Strong UX instincts for moment-of-intent surfaces
• Data chops (SQL/Amplitude-level self-serve) and cross-functional leadership

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Card Acquisition roadmap for new growth channels
• Launch and scale new acquisition surfaces with Engineering and Design
• Design and execute acquisition programs with measurable CAC→LTV impact
• Own funnel performance end-to-end, including incrementality testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Card Foundations
