You'll lead design for our AI platform, structuring complex healthcare workflows into intuitive interfaces. You'll also craft marketing collateral and go-to-market visuals. This is a high-ownership role where you'll work directly with product and engineering leadership to define problems and drive product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design from research to polished prototypes
• Translate complex healthcare workflows into simple interfaces
• Develop and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Partner with GTM and marketing teams on brand-aligned visuals

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
• Proven experience building or leading major design system overhauls
• Proficient in Figma (components, variants, auto layout, tokens) and modern prototyping tools
• Solid understanding of front-end implementation and design impact on engineering cost

• Experience with enterprise or workflow-heavy products
