🎯 What You'll Do

• Own QA strategy and execution across mobile, backend, and internal systems
• Test complex fintech and crypto flows including transactions, swaps, and custody
• Define and maintain QA standards, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Monitor production stability and lead post-mortems

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years mobile (iOS/Android)
• Strong background in fintech or crypto products
• Practical knowledge of crypto wallet systems and blockchain fundamentals
• Experience with automated test coverage and QA metrics

• Performance and load testing experience
