You'll drive retention and expansion of customer partnerships by connecting technology to clinical, operational, and financial impact. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare operations experience who thrives at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive retention and growth through executive stakeholder relationships.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews linking platform to patient experience and ROI.
• Own customer onsite visits from agenda through high-impact delivery.
• Ensure sustained product adoption and quantifiable value realization.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of Customer Success experience in healthcare software.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Management, or related field.
• Track record of retaining and growing health system accounts.
• Deep understanding of healthcare operations and EMRs/EHRs.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Churnzero, Looker, Gong, or Pendo.
• Comfort with AI tools and LLMs for productivity and insights.
• Working knowledge of renewals and contracting processes.
