  • Drive retention and growth through executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews linking platform to patient experience and ROI.
  • Own customer onsite visits from agenda through high-impact delivery.
  • Ensure sustained product adoption and quantifiable value realization.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing product roadmap.

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • 5 years of Customer Success experience in healthcare software.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Management, or related field.
  • Track record of retaining and growing health system accounts.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations and EMRs/EHRs.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Churnzero, Looker, Gong, or Pendo.
  • Comfort with AI tools and LLMs for productivity and insights.
