💼 About This Role

You'll own Kalshi's litigation docket and manage all active disputes, regulatory enforcement matters, and pre-litigation demands. You'll coordinate with outside counsel on high-stakes matters and advise senior leadership on litigation risk and strategic options. This role is ideal for a litigator who thrives in novel legal terrain where case law is being written in real time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Kalshi's litigation docket end-to-end
• Serve as primary liaison to outside litigation counsel
• Advise senior leadership on litigation risk and strategy
• Partner with Regulatory Counsel on government investigations
• Conduct internal investigations with Compliance and Surveillance

📋 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 4–8 years of litigation experience with complex disputes
• Demonstrated ability to manage matters pre-suit through trial
• Experience with CFTC/SEC enforcement proceedings preferred

✨ Nice to Have

• Law firm experience preferred
• In-house experience a plus
• Familiarity with Commodity Exchange Act
