💼 About This Role

You'll join the Financial Planning & Analysis team at Squarepoint, a leading quantitative investment manager, supporting financial modelling and strategic decision-making. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions through high-quality analysis and process improvement. This is a hands-on role where you'll help expand planning models across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop new planning models as the FP&A function expands
• Maintain and enhance existing three-statement financial models
• Assist with financial models and business cases for investments
• Analyze financial outputs and present insights to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Relevant experience in an FP&A, finance, or similar analytical role
• Financial modelling experience, ideally including three-statement models
• Experience with an EPM tool like Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Vena
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building business cases for strategic decisions
• Data visualization skills including graphs and dashboards
• General understanding of SQL, Python, or M
