Description

You will lead market access efforts for Starlink in Africa, overseeing regulatory compliance, business operations, and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base in new and existing markets. This role involves collaborating with engineering, legal, and sales teams to align market development with technical capabilities and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecom, satellite, or tech
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Fluency in English plus French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish preferred
• Experience in global spectrum management, international trade, or business operations desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and barriers to entry
• Develop stakeholder networks across public and private sectors to promote Starlink's growth
• Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team
• Ensure compliance with administrative regulations and address compliance issues
• Identify and close strategic connectivity opportunities with schools and hospitals
