Description

You will be the primary point of contact for service customers, guiding them through maintenance and repair processes at a Carvana dealership. You'll consult with customers, document issues, provide estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service, all while delivering a no-hassle experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram models (plus)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
  • Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance based on OEM guidelines
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status and delays
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion
