Description
You will be the primary point of contact for service customers, guiding them through maintenance and repair processes at a Carvana dealership. You'll consult with customers, document issues, provide estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service, all while delivering a no-hassle experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, especially Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram models (plus)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and document vehicle concerns on Repair Orders
- Advise customers on recommended services and maintenance based on OEM guidelines
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for service work
- Maintain communication with customers regarding repair status and delays
- Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion
