You'll act as the voice of the player, translating feedback and data into actionable design insights for action RPG and Soulslike games. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment to improve gameplay quality and player satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze player feedback across social platforms and forums
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for gameplay improvement
• Analyze player behavior and in-game data to inform design decisions
• Design and evaluate tests for new gameplay features
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders through reports and visuals

📋 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with action RPG or Soulslike games (1000+ hours)
• Highly analytical and logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment with self-management

• Experience interpreting player psychology and behavior
• Familiarity with game development processes, QA, or live operations
