Description

In this role, you'll partner directly with customers and engineering teams to bring cutting-edge semiconductor products from development into high-volume manufacturing. You'll become a system-level expert on new products, owning first builds, leading customer deployments, and driving issue resolution in the field. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll see your work come to life in real fabs worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with hardware systems
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • High curiosity and motivation for learning new technologies
  • Willingness to travel 25-75% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, Process, and Software Engineering to become system-level expert on new products
  • Influence product design for serviceability, manufacturability, and preventive maintenance
  • Own first build and test of new products in development lab, providing real-time feedback
  • Lead First-in-Fab customer deployments (Alpha and Beta) including installation and qualification
  • Drive resolution of customer issues during Alpha/Beta phases and produce field issue reporting
