You'll architect growth loops and optimize performance ads to drive worker acquisition and retention. You'll build automated marketing workflows across SMS, email, and ads. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing, turning insight into impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy automated marketing workflows across SMS, email, and ads.
• Build technical integrations and custom scripts for Search, Display, and Retargeting platforms.
• Write complex SQL to extract insights and Python to build automation scripts.
• Partner with product teams on A/B testing frameworks across the worker journey.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth engineering, data engineering, or technical marketing ops.
• Expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL/BigQuery/Snowflake) and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with TypeScript and React/React Native to implement growth tools and experiments.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or Hubspot) and analytics tools.
