💼 About This Role

You'll help configure the Infinitus AI platform for healthcare clients, blending client-facing work with technical design. You'll analyze client data, manage integrations, and support QA and UAT to ensure successful technical outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Document client requirements and create technical specifications.
• Configure the Infinitus platform per client needs.
• Establish CSV-based, API-based, and other integrations with client systems.
• Support QA, client UAT, and launch processes.

📋 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of relevant software system implementation or configuration experience.
• BA/BS with evidence of technical experience or equivalent work experience.
• Customer obsession and passion for helping clients and patients.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge or experience in healthcare industry.
• Experience with Salesforce, Mulesoft, FHIR, or X12 Standards.
• Applied experience with APIs and healthcare integrations.
