• Lead engineering programs for AI tooling adoption and framework migrations.
• Partner with R&D teams to translate pain points into development tooling plans.
• Manage developer productivity metrics and present to Engineering Leadership.
• Collaborate with TPMs on cross-team resource coordination and risk identification.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years leading technical programs in B2B SaaS.
• Technically fluent in software design, system architecture, and security.
• Excellent collaborator and communicator who builds trust across Engineering.
• Customer-focused with experience translating enterprise customer needs into program plans.
