๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll join our Technical Support Engineer team to help customers with diverse technical questions via email. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve our solutions. This role offers full remote work in Europe and a permanent contract.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Help customers with setup requests for CMP, PMP, integrations, and API
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce issues, escalate, and follow up with Engineering
  • Provide feedback on product features and qualify feature requests
  • Contribute to internal/external documentation and train teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
  • Understanding of how websites and web applications work
  • A couple of years of experience as Technical Support Engineer, TAM, or Solution Engineer
  • Very good English & French level both written and spoken

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Exposure to a mobile app programming language like Java, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Swift
  • Familiarity with ad tech industry or publisher pain points in advertising
  • GDPR and data privacy sensitivity
