๐ผ About This Role
You'll join our Technical Support Engineer team to help customers with diverse technical questions via email. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve our solutions. This role offers full remote work in Europe and a permanent contract.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Help customers with setup requests for CMP, PMP, integrations, and API
- Troubleshoot, reproduce issues, escalate, and follow up with Engineering
- Provide feedback on product features and qualify feature requests
- Contribute to internal/external documentation and train teams
๐ Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent training
- Understanding of how websites and web applications work
- A couple of years of experience as Technical Support Engineer, TAM, or Solution Engineer
- Very good English & French level both written and spoken
โจ Nice to Have
- Exposure to a mobile app programming language like Java, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Swift
- Familiarity with ad tech industry or publisher pain points in advertising
- GDPR and data privacy sensitivity
