Description

You will lead and scale owned acquisition channels including outbound, referrals, affiliates, and partnerships to drive efficient provider growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set strategy, forecast performance, and build scalable processes, while mentoring a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in growth and acquisition across owned channels (outbound, partner, referral)
  • Proven track record scaling owned or partner-driven acquisition channels with measurable impact
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data teams and ROI-informed decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Leadership
  • Experience supporting new product launches or product-led growth motions is a major plus

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution across owned acquisition channels: Outbound, Referrals, Affiliates, Co-Marketing, Partnerships
  • Build and evolve outbound engines to feed 150+ sales reps, improving targeting, messaging, cadences, and lead quality
  • Partner with Strategic Finance and Analytics to define KPIs, build forecasting models, and align on investment frameworks
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and experimentation
  • Develop insights to improve targeting, sequencing, messaging, and channel-level efficiency
