Description

You will own and scale the entire sales engine across Insurance and Financial Services verticals, leading new business acquisition, building AE and SDR teams, managing revenue operations, and engaging in strategic high-value deals. You'll work directly with the CEO to drive aggressive ARR growth from the current base to hundreds of millions.

Requirements

  • History of scaling SaaS revenue from tens of millions to hundreds of millions
  • Experience leading sales in regulated industries (insurance, financial services)
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and manage high-performing teams
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise sales cycles and 6-12 month deal timelines

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales P&L and drive quarter-over-quarter new ARR growth
  • Build and execute scalable go-to-market strategy for insurance and financial services
  • Develop and refine sales playbook including pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
  • Lead high-value strategic deals ($1M-$25M+) with C-suite buyers
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp AEs and SDRs to 50+ team members
