You'll lead the daily inbound operation at a fast-growing fashion brand's distribution centre, owning stock flow from receipt to customer-ready. Your core impact is ensuring every delivery is processed accurately and at speed, driving efficiency and team performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily inbound operations including receiving and stock processing
• Manage purchase order schedules and supplier-DC coordination
• Monitor workflow to ensure stock is processed within SLA timeframes
• Coach, develop and motivate team members through feedback and 1:1s
• Identify and drive process improvements to reduce turnaround times

📋 Requirements

• Experience in inbound operations or warehouse leadership
• Proven leadership capability with team coaching experience
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tools
