🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan resources and sprints, participate in release planning.
• Decompose strategic goals into quarterly plans with Product Owner.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-team delivery challenges.
• Ensure transparency and communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills with deep understanding of design patterns.
• Experience with AWS ecosystem (Lambda, S3, ECS).
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and test strategies.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English.
