You will develop diverse sourcing strategies and build relationships to find and engage top technical and non-technical talent. Your impact goes beyond sourcing, shaping how we approach the top of the funnel, from defining and assessing candidates to telling Scopely's story to inspire top talent.

Requirements

• Proven experience in global Sourcing/Talent Research function within tech or gaming industries
• Superior relationship building and networking skills with attention to detail
• Flexible and self-motivated, able to deal with ambiguity and constant change
• Excellent interviewing skills
• Strong English language skills

Responsibilities

• Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical and non-technical talent at all levels in North America and Europe
• Source prospective candidates and maintain passive candidate pipeline with high-touch, engaging communication
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies and collaborate with global Talent team to optimize hiring processes
• Use data to uncover opportunities, measure engagement, and deliver market insights
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and Coordinators
