You'll act as a critical 2nd Line of Defence for Monzo's fraud risk management, ensuring robust controls and regulatory compliance. Your work will directly shape fraud prevention strategies and provide assurance to senior management. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing fintech with flexible remote work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Independently challenge 1st Line fraud controls and policies
• Develop and execute annual assurance plans and deep-dives
• Analyse complex fraud data to identify systemic weaknesses
• Produce high-quality reports for senior stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• Experience in fraud risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of global fraud legislation (PSD2, PSR, FCA)
• Analytical skills to interpret large datasets and fraud trends
• Communication skills to articulate risks to diverse audiences

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in card acquiring fraud
• Background in fraud investigation
• Proficiency in Looker, BigQuery, SQL
