💼 About This Role

You'll act as senior legal advisor on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance for a Managed Services Organization in healthcare. You'll enable data-driven services while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. The role involves shaping frameworks for AI-enabled solutions and leading incident response.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as lead counsel on privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance matters
• Draft and negotiate data agreements, BAAs, DPAs, vendor contracts
• Lead legal response for data incidents and breach assessments
• Support governance, audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk management

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years legal experience in privacy, cybersecurity, data governance
• Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active US bar admission
• Deep expertise in HIPAA/HITECH and state privacy laws
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, HITRUST) and AI governance
