You'll manage BJAK's day-to-day social interactions across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more, fostering community and brand loyalty. You'll support content publishing and scheduling and surface insights to inform future content. This hands-on role offers regional exposure in a fast-growing tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage audiences across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook
• Respond to comments, DMs, and community discussions promptly
• Support daily content publishing and scheduling
• Track engagement metrics and surface community insights

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–4+ years of social media engagement or community management experience
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and community dynamics
