You'll join a small finance team owning day-to-day accounting operations, primarily accounts payable and expense cycles. You'll ensure reliable execution so the team can focus on close leadership and process optimization. This 12-month contract offers exposure to AI-driven workflows and a fresh NetSuite ERP implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute accounts payable cycle from intake to payments
• Prepare and post journal entries for monthly close
• Perform bank, prepaid, accrual, and fixed asset reconciliations
• Process credit card transactions and expense reports in Airbase
• Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite

📋 Requirements

• Accounting degree (university or college level)
• 2–3 years of general accounting experience with month-end close involvement
• Hands-on experience with expense and accounts payable cycles
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA designation not required but a plus
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or Copilot
