💼 About This Role

You'll drive payment penetration and GMV growth at Matrix POS by upselling existing customers and acquiring new ones. You will own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing, collaborating with the SaaS sales team. This role offers a chance to shape the future of digital payments in the hospitality industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own payment penetration and GMV conversion for existing customer portfolio
• Execute outbound sales through calls, emails, and targeted lists
• Collaborate with SaaS sales team to increase payment attachment rate in new deals
• Prioritize high-value merchants and manage accounts with structured plans

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years B2B sales experience focused on payments
• Proven track record in outbound sales and closing
• Hunter mentality with self-driven, results-oriented approach
• Fluent German and good English skills
