You'll manage a geographic territory for EquipmentShare, building relationships with contractors to drive equipment rental sales. Your core impact is executing the full sales strategy from market analysis through revenue growth and customer retention. This role offers uncapped commission with no market restrictions and a company-provided truck or allowance.

- Execute sales strategy from market analysis to contract negotiation
- Develop new business and expand existing customer base
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Manage job site activities and assist with equipment rental as needed

- Proven outside sales track record
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to fast-paced company growth
