You'll take end-to-end ownership of GTM hiring, partnering with the Chief Commercial Officer to source, screen, and close top-tier talent. You'll shape hiring strategy and build Europe's best talent org from the ground up. This role offers real ownership and influence at a hyper-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and outreach to candidates via mapping and campaigns
• Conduct first-stage screening interviews
• Partner with hiring managers on role specs and success profiles
• Coach interviewers and refine scorecards to elevate hiring bar

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startups or agencies
• Track record of exceptional performance (work, academics, sports)
• Based in New York with US work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
• Outcomes-focused with a strong bias to action
