You'll drive fabrication excellence across high-performance hardware systems at Etched, building the world's first AI inference ASIC. You'll collaborate with EE and layout teams to ensure design for manufacturability from early architecture through mass production, achieving over 10x GPU performance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive PCBA DFM for high-speed multilayer boards
• Partner with EE and layout teams for manufacturability and yield optimization
• Lead SMT process development and qualification at contract manufacturer
• Lead failure analysis for fabrication-related defects and implement corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• Experience supporting L6–L11 data center compute platforms or high-layer-count server motherboards
• Strong understanding of SI/PI-driven fabrication constraints
• Experience driving comprehensive PCBA DFM reviews
