💼 About This Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our People Ops function, building systems and owning HR processes. You'll reimagine what's possible when you have AI agents at your fingertips to automate manual work. You'll establish best practices and deliver exceptional experiences for employees from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding, promotions, transfers, offboarding
• Own end-to-end payroll process in coordination with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with French labor law and social declarations
• Build and improve People systems like onboarding and check-ins

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations in startups or tech
• Deep knowledge of French labor law and Code du travail
• Payroll experience processing or managing payroll in France
• Fluent in English to support global employees
