Description

You will design HVAC systems for new construction and renovation projects in educational, healthcare, corporate, and science/technology sectors. Working under a licensed engineer, you'll perform ductwork and piping design, equipment selection, and Revit/BIM modeling, while collaborating with clients and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Current PE in the United States preferred
• LEED accreditation preferred
• Experience with Revit, Trane Trace or Trane 3D Plus

Responsibilities

• Design ductwork, piping, and select HVAC equipment
• Calculate heating/cooling loads and layout systems using energy modeling software
• Prepare Revit/BIM modeling of HVAC construction drawings
• Specify mechanical equipment such as boilers, chillers, and air handling units
• Review shop drawings for compliance with specifications and contract documents
