💼 About This Role

You'll work one-on-one with children with Autism to implement goals overseen by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Your impact includes helping kids acquire new skills through play-based teaching procedures in exciting learning environments. This role offers guaranteed wages and paid RBT training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement skill-acquisition goals written by a BCBA
• Use science-based teaching procedures to engage clients
• Collect data on client progress and provide feedback
• Create motivating and fun learning environments

📋 Requirements

• Year-round availability for full-time shift (8am-4pm or 11am-7pm) Mon-Fri
• Previous experience working with children
• High school diploma
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within 30 minutes

• College degree
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
