💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Payment Plans platform — the engine of Promise's business — guiding a high-performing team to scale this critical product for governments and utilities nationwide. You'll set technical direction, build alongside the team, and ensure the platform reflects dignity-first values while delivering measurable impact for families.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead by doing: build alongside the team and know the product deeply
• Own the roadmap in partnership with Product and Design
• Ensure platform security, scalability, and composability across deployments
• Automate workflows using AI to reduce operational overhead

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building and scaling production software
• At least 2 years leading teams or projects
• Strong background in backend systems and system design
• Experience with third-party systems (government, fintech, or regulated industries)
