💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of 6 engineers responsible for the frontend of the OTPU compiler stack, from ML framework ingestion through MLIR-based IR design. You'll drive compiler roadmap delivery and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize hardware performance. This role offers significant equity and a £24k annual living-local bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver the frontend compiler roadmap aligning to business objectives.
• Build a healthy, high-performance engineering culture.
• Establish design review practices and technical ownership.
• Partner with customer teams, backend compiler, and architecture team.

📋 Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership delivering complex long-term projects.
• Deep technical experience with MLIR, Shardy, TOSA, Linalg, and ML compiler lifecycle.
• People leader who coaches and develops engineers.
• Experience with PyTorch/JAX framework integration.
