💼 About This Role

You'll lead a mixed-age Spanish Immersion preschool classroom in a Montessori environment, nurturing concentration, confidence, and deep learning through individualized guidance and a carefully prepared classroom. You'll empower children ages 3–6 to build independence and a lifelong love of learning.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child closely to understand and support their development
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom that fosters concentration and independence
• Provide individualized and small-group lessons in practical life, literacy, math
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Fluent or Native Spanish Speaker
• Montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a group learning environment
• Bachelor's degree in any field
